Windsor Hills—Your Home Away from Home!

Windsor Hills Castle in the Sky is large enough to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. There is a 5 night minimum on most stays; 7 night minimum on stays during high and holiday seasons; shorter stays may be available if there are days available between stays. A cleaning fee of $130 will be applied on stays of less than 7 nights.

This unit is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

Low Season

200.00 per night (1/6/09 – 1/31/09; 9/1/09 – 9/30/09; 11/1/09 – 11/20/09; 12/1/09 – 12/15/09)

Mid Season

$225.00 per night (2/1/09 – 6/10/09, 10/1/09 – 10/31/09, 11/21/09 – 11/30/09 (Excluding Holidays)

High Season

$245 per night (6/10/09 – 8/22/09)

Holiday Season

$275 per night (4/4/09 – 4/18/09). $290 per night (12/16/09 – 1/4/10)

General Rental Policies

A $350 deposit on a credit card is required, which is processed through our management company and is applied toward rental cost, in order to book a stay; the remainder is due no later than 10 weeks before the date of arrival. There is a $350 security deposit added to your final payment, which is refundable after inspection of the home and within 7 days of departure. VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

  1. Cleaning fee of $130 on stays of less than 7 nights.
  2. Pool/Spa heat is $25 per night or $150 per week—Recommended October through March.
  3. Spa Heat Only is $13 per day or $90 per week.

  2. 13% taxes apply to all rentals.
  3. Baby items to include a high chair, two booster seats, pack'n play, compact size hotel quality crib with a 4' innerspring mattress, stroller, two bed side rails and a stair gate available free of charge upon request.
  4. Gas grill available for rent through our management company for a $40 fee per week.
  5. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
  6. Check-In Time: 4:00 P.M.
  7. Check-Out Time: 10:00 A.M.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. More than 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of $350 Deposit
  2. Between 5 to 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of 50% of Total Cost
  3. Less than 5 weeks before arrival – Loss of 100% of Total Cost
  4. Vacation Insurance is recommended (www.insuremytrip.com)

Please refer to the Accommodations section for additional information regarding sleeping arrangements, bathrooms and living space. The Amenities section lists all of the comfort, recreational and entertainment amenities, which are included, at no additional cost, as part of your rental.
